Where In DFW collects only what you give us: an email address (and optionally a phone number and move timeframe) when you save a plan or contact us, plus the plan inputs you choose to send. We use it to deliver your plan and, with your consent, occasional data updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is honored immediately.

We do not sell personal information. Form submissions are processed by our form provider and delivered to our editorial inbox. The Fit Engine runs entirely in your browser — your inputs are not transmitted unless you choose to email yourself a plan.

To request deletion of your information or a copy of what we hold, use the contact form on the about page and we will act on it promptly.
